1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "b9login," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the b9login platform at b9login.org, licensed under an international gaming licence.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a b9login account.
• "Platform" refers to the b9login website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming and betting services available at b9login.org.
• "Account" refers to the registered account held by a Player on the b9login Platform.
• "Funds" refers to real-money PKR balances held within a Player's b9login Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus balances awarded to a Player under specific promotional conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum volume of real-money bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or the Company's operational policies.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, required prior to processing withdrawals.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the b9login Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from b9login or any partner platform within an active exclusion period.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a sports player, official, referee, or other participant in events on which you seek to place bets through the Platform.
• You are of sound mind and not acting under any undue influence or compulsion.
• You understand and accept the inherent risk involved in gambling and acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited.

b9login reserves the right to carry out verification checks at any time to confirm ongoing eligibility. Providing false information during registration or verification is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account funds.

3 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one active Account on the b9login Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. b9login reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration and at any subsequent point during the Account lifecycle.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity undertaken using your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify b9login support immediately via live chat.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

b9login is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification (such as a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the b9login Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). b9login does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of b9login.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

b9login currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. b9login reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice provided through the Platform.

4.2 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner or user of the payment method used. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and will result in Account suspension and refund of the relevant deposit.

4.3 Failed Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your payment provider, b9login reserves the right to void any bets placed using those funds. b9login is not liable for any losses arising from failed deposit transactions caused by payment provider errors or network interruptions.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. b9login aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification requirements.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the Account, where technically possible.
• Any active wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before withdrawal of associated winnings.
• b9login reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold.
• Winnings generated during periods of Platform error or technical malfunction may be voided prior to withdrawal processing.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Account cashier section. b9login reserves the right to impose additional limits on individual Accounts where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including but not limited to pending verification, suspected fraud, or account review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

b9login offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific Terms and Conditions that supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unfulfilled bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.
• b9login reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with appropriate notification.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system, including through the creation of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to extract bonus value, or exploitation of technical errors in bonus calculation, will have their Account suspended and any associated bonus winnings forfeited. b9login's decision in such matters is final.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the b9login Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the b9login Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game's information panel. b9login does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any wager.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of events including but not limited to cricket (including PSL, PCB international fixtures, and ICC tournaments), football, UFC, and other international sports. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. In-play bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and may be suspended or rejected at b9login's discretion.

7.3 Void Bets

b9login reserves the right to void any bet where: there is evidence of a pricing error; the event is abandoned or significantly altered; there is evidence of suspicious betting activity; or a system error has affected the availability or display of odds. Voided bets will result in the stake being returned to the Player's Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b9login Platform:

• Registering multiple Accounts, whether directly or through proxies, agents, or associates.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or corruption related to any sporting event available on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, software vulnerabilities, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Impersonating any other person or entity in connection with the use of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• Providing fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or verification.

Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

b9login reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against b9login by the Player's payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Player's own request to close or self-exclude their Account.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, b9login reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the Account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining real-money funds (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

10 Responsible Gaming

b9login provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous gameplay.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the b9login Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game assets, graphics, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of b9login or its licensed third-party content providers. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any intellectual property rights upon the Player.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of b9login. Unauthorised use of b9login intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9login shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

b9login's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b9login does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond b9login's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, or acts of God.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9login holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through b9login's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body.

13.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint relating to your b9login Account or any service provided through the Platform, you should first contact the b9login support team via live chat. b9login will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority as indicated in your Account documentation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

b9login reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, b9login will provide notice to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notification on the Platform. Changes will take effect at the date and time specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any changes shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.
